LeadFlow Pro – 30-Day Accelerator
Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement / Privacy Policy

1. Parties & Definitions
1.1 Company: “GrowthBase LLC,” referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1.2 Client: The individual or entity purchasing LeadFlow Pro, referred to as “you” or “your.”
1.3 Services: LeadFlow Pro (30-Day Accelerator), a Done-With-You program installing a custom DM-based lead-generation system.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge these terms in full.
1.1 Company: “GrowthBase LLC,” referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1.2 Client: The individual or entity purchasing LeadFlow Pro, referred to as “you” or “your.”
1.3 Services: LeadFlow Pro (30-Day Accelerator), a Done-With-You program installing a custom DM-based lead-generation system.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge these terms in full.
2. LeadFlow Pro Description
2.1 4-Week Implementation
• Weeks 1–3: Daily modules to install your funnel, DM scripts, and content frameworks.
• Week 4: “7-Day Authority Sprint,” where we execute live to help you book real calls.
2.2 Done-With-You (DWY) Approach
• We provide course-style modules plus hands-on guidance.
• You retain ownership of all final scripts, templates, and frameworks after fees are paid in full.
2.3 No Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable once we begin work.
• Instead, we offer the guarantees outlined in Section 3.

3. Guarantees
3.1 The 1-on-1 ’Til Done Guarantee
• If you do not book at least 3 qualified calls within 30 days of completing the daily tasks, we’ll coach you one-on-one at no extra fee until you do.
• Requirement: You must follow each daily assignment. Failure to implement tasks voids this guarantee.
3.2 The Double-Down Round Guarantee
• If you still fail to book 5 qualified calls in the initial month, you receive 60 days of our extended support at no cost, subject to continued daily outreach and completion of assigned tasks.
• Requirement: Same as above—consistent execution and communication.
3.3 Qualified Call
• We do not strictly define “qualified,” but it generally means a prospective client interested in or capable of purchasing your offer who books a call via the installed funnel or DM script.
3.4 No Partial Refunds
• These guarantees replace any refund policy. You will not receive monetary refunds—only additional free support if conditions are met.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Fee
• $7,500 total for LeadFlow Pro.
• Optionally, 50% ($3,750) upfront + 50% in 30 days.
4.2 Stripe as Primary
• Payments are processed via Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If a wire or PayPal is used, any transfer fees are borne by the client.
4.3 Late Payment
• Failure to pay the second installment on time, if applicable, may result in paused services or loss of eligibility for the guarantees.

5. Scope & Responsibilities
5.1 Not Responsible for Sales Closure
• We optimize lead flow; actual deal closing is your responsibility. We do not guarantee your final revenue or profits.
5.2 Daily Tasks
• The system’s success relies on you completing the assigned steps each day. Missing tasks can void our guarantees.
5.3 Intellectual Property
• All scripts, templates, and lesson materials remain GrowthBase LLC’s property until full payment is received. Afterward, you gain a license to use them indefinitely for your own business.
5.1 Not Responsible for Sales Closure
• We optimize lead flow; actual deal closing is your responsibility. We do not guarantee your final revenue or profits.
5.2 Daily Tasks

• All scripts, templates, and lesson materials remain GrowthBase LLC’s property until full payment is received. Afterward, you gain a license to use them indefinitely for your own business.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Indirect Damages
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2 Earnings Disclaimer
• Individual results vary based on your niche, effort, and external factors. We do not promise specific earnings or outcomes beyond our guaranteed call bookings.

7. Privacy & Data Usage
7.1 Data Collection
• We collect name, email, phone, IG handle, and possibly chat transcripts to provide LeadFlow Pro and maintain contact.
• We also use analytics/pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) for marketing or retargeting, disclosed via a cookie banner on our site/funnel.
7.2 Storage & EU Compliance
• Data is stored in Google Drive, Notion, or similar secure platforms. If you are in the EU, you may request data deletion or correction at any time by emailing [email protected].
• We do not store credit card info—Stripe handles all payment details.
7.3 Retention & Transcripts
• We may retain your data and call/chat transcripts as needed for service improvement or legal compliance. You can request certain sensitive data be deleted if desired.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by Utah law, specifically the courts of Salt Lake County.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
• Any dispute shall be resolved in Utah’s state or federal courts. You consent to such venue and jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement & Modifications
9.1 Whole Agreement
• This document (plus any separate sign-up forms or attachments) constitutes the entire agreement.

• If any provision is unenforceable, remaining terms remain in effect.

•We may update these terms upon notice. Continued participation in LeadFlow Pro implies acceptance of updated terms.
